Building an Accessible Business
When building an accessible business, it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start. Or indeed, thoughts of major building projects stall progress. Fear not!! This training course aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to understand and implement a wide range of actions that improve access to your business.
This training course focuses on improving access. Not only to your building but also your services and the customer information you provide.
As with all of our training courses, we can tailor this course to your organisational needs. We focus on barriers to access that you have identified. We can make suggestions or we can take a more general approach to improve staff knowledge of accessibility measures.
Please note whilst this training does focus on the access needs of disabled people, access for all is the aim so all user needs will be discussed. ,
